Which is more effective for creating a good wave? I've got the manual flow on my LSV

I would leave it alone , ghetto gate is for us that don't have the option or to cheap to pull the trigger . Flow does its job

I would leave it alone as well. I have the flow and I think it does a pretty good job of shaping the wave. I will probably upgrade to the autoflow in the spring time. Dealer gave me a pretty good price. Unless I hit the lottery then I will just get a Supra with the swell system.

Was really just curious which works better. Which position do you run in on your LSV?

I don't like having to use my ghetto gate. I made so it so I can install in under 30 seconds and I love the shape of the wave it produces. Dealer would install a flow system onto my 06 LSV for $2k, I have so far spent $10 on my ghetto gate.

Finding a place to put it, lack of ability to turn when it's installed, the list goes on, but the savings are huge and the results are great. If I had a flow system I would not have a ghetto gate.

I tend to run in position #3 most of the time for my regular surfing.

No reason you can't try a ghetto gate with the flow. I get a fun wave when I use my ghetto gate and surf tabs at the same time. Although, I am always testing different configurations.
