So a few weeks ago I posted a thread about how my boat wa driving just fine and out of nowhere it just stopped moving. Engine ran fine, would crank, rev, etc just would not engage in gear. I verified it was not shaft related or transmission cable related so I took it to a shop. They said it was the flex plate and coupler between the engine and tranny. Well they dug into it and replaced it. I took the boat out yesterday and it ran great for about an hour then started feeling like it was slipping. Any ideas what could have gone wrong with the repair to cause this. One it started slipping it got worse, the more throttle the more it seemed to slip.
