I emailed Moomba a few weeks ago when I was originally contemplating my Craz purchase. I never received a response. I have a few more questions for them, but don't want to waste my time if they never return emails. Has anyone had luck with getting email responses from them? Do they monitor this forum?

Thanks

Their phones work great. I don't know about the email.

What email did you send it to? Rick Tinker posts pretty regularly on here so I would think they monitor this forum. If you sent it to just the generic email (info@moomba or whatever) then yeah I doubt you would get a response.

I emailed the general email that is on the Contact link of the website. Thanks for the feedback!

07,

I think I got your email this morning. Not sure what happened earlier.

That's correct. Thank you for the response! My earlier email was in regards to dimensions on a trailer so I could determine whether the Craz would fit in my garage. It ended up fitting under an 8' door, but I had to take out the bolts for the board racks and slide them down/out (not sure how else to explain it).

Anyway, thanks again for the response.

I bought a used 2008 that is being resurrected. Moomba/SC has made no monies from me. They have been very helpful and informative on any and each question I have asked.

I was even given some info that could be reserved for dealers. I will be courteous and not post it but the sentiment was appreciated. I am not your average owner. I do have quite a few machine tools in my garage ;-) I don't like others to work on my belongings.

I called them and within 20 minutes had an email containing everything I requested to be able to move forward on a project I was working on for my 2000 Supra. Needless to say I'm a huge fan of the company because of that. I can't complain about the reliability or performance of my 15 year old boat either!
