Hi all - wanted to introduce myself. I joined the Moomba family last week when I bought JesseC's former boat, a 2002 LSV.

(no worries, shoes were not being worn for this picture)

Props to Jesse for maintaining such a masterpiece! Very much appreciate all the information related to the boat as well as the attention to detail through it's life. Even brought his aftermarket bags by the dealership today --after the sale-- for me to use. Looking forward to taking it for a true lake trip this weekend and getting a board under me again for the first time in <much too long>.

Also: if anyone is in the market soon near Central AL, I highly recommend Skier's Marine in Westover. I've dealt with a bunch of dealers in the last several months of shopping and I've seen the whole spectrum of customer service - these guys rank very highly on my list and I'm not sure anyone could be better than them after the sale.

Congrats! That boat is legendary around here. Jesse is one of the founding fathers, if you will. Looking great! You'll enjoy her immensely.

Thanks guys!

daze - thanks for the invite, but already had plans to head to Smith to meet up with some other friends. Don't know anyone down there but would love to have a chance to meet folks for the next get-together. Also need to get this boat out of my driveway and into the garage at the lakehouse - I have a feeling this is the most time it has spent out of a garage/under a cover!

Glad to see she is back out on the water, Congrats!!! It was really hard to leave her there outside the day we dropped her off. It is a wonderful boat, many good memories with that one! If you have any questions or need some help, please hit me up! I live just off of Grants Mill and run around on Lay Lake on the weekends. I love and miss that boat! Did they give you all the paperwork and spare parts?

Skier's Marine in Westover has been excelent! Our Sales rep AJ and the service specialists spent a few hours with us going over the new boat and were very patient with me and my 1,000 and 1 questions trying to learn the new boat.

Ha, yeah I got your package of paperwork and extra bits. Nice to have a maintenance logbook to continue! I work off 459 on Morgan Rd - AJ said it was nice that the boat was going from one engineer to another.

Had a great trouble-free weekend Sat/Sun and hoping to get even more time this weekend - maybe I'll even stop to take a few pictures for once!
