Boy scout weekend, v drive shafts stopped turning mid run,

Neither the top nor bottom shafts turns in reverse or forward. Fluids all good. ANY ideas?

Red light under throttle does not go out when reved in place above 1200 rpms.. if that helps.

Can you move the shaft by hand from the bottom of the boat? My coupler bolt backed out on my new boat and I had no forward or reverse. My prop and shaft actually slid back into the rudder damaging the prop and shaft.
