Dead Boat

Hi there. So after 4 years of making payments on a 2006 Moomba Mobius LSV with the carbed Indmar assault 5.7 that had a cracked block, my buddy and I finally got a new block in and everything hooked up. But when we go to start it, the gauges turn on, and the accessory switches work, but no fuel pump power or starter power. Tested with a light, no power. The bilge is dead too but I'm thinking that's unrelated. The battery reset is good, the kill switch seems good. But still no joy. Any help at all would be appreciated as I would really like to get back on the water this weekend.
