My buddy has a Mojo and he wants a better surf wave. Would you Mojo owners say that the sacs would be the better upgrade? Assuming he can't do both at the same time.

One is about. 300 bucks for two bags, flow is about 1500 to 2000 installed
If you don't mind the lean. Slam the boat with the 1100. But you will need 650 in the bow

I would agree, bags first... you'll need them even with the flow. IBS and 900's or 1100's in the rear. Flow makes a big improvement but I still list a small amount as well and fill the bags full (besides the off side unless I've got a lot of passengers on port).

I did bags last season and Flow this season. I found a solid dealer and paid about $1400 installed.

I agree. I told him to do the bags first. Not only will it be cheaper but I think he will need them anyways. that's the problem, when we surf we have 3 maybe 4 people on the boat, not enough to get a good lean on the Mojo. It doesnt help that our wives weigh about 200lbs combined. A member on here has a flow set up for $500, we would install it ourselves so cost isnt that big of a difference.

What size are the rear bags in a 2012 mojo?

650 is standard, 900 is the best option IMO if you plan to run a Flow down the line.

Regular Surf you can run offset weight so the boat doesnt lean as much. No matter what you choose you should plan to get the 650 IBS or a bag for the bow seats.

<spoiler-teaser> I made a new wake plate extension this week, took it to LBC and the Goofy wave is as Clean as my regular, its now longer, and People actually do sit anyplace in the boat they want with no effect to my wave. I will post pictures and start a thread later tonight if I have time at work.

Are you sure on the 650 bags? Do we have dimensions? I read somewhere that 400's came in the 2012's and 650's or 550's became standard in 2013.

That could be true on the 12s. The 650 are black if that helps. LOL.

These are black too. I'll try to get dimensions.

Mike, I'd love to see pics of what you have done. Due to the depth of my river and current and limited turning ability and amateur drivers I don't want to put an IBS or 1100's. I'd rather do a gate system with my 750 plus extra weight and full crew and a 540 in the bow. I'm carefully watching what everyone is doing and ready to make my own limited system. To me, all results are relevant and I'll develop my own simple gate.

I started a thread about my wake plate.

turning left with my ghetto gate is kinda interesting, as in its like driving a oversized barge. Laurie doesn't like it for our lake. Im working on 2.0 currently(simpler, lighter, easier to store), wont get a test run in until were on Lake martin later this month

im thinking tabs are the way to go

My buddy pulled the trigger on some 1100's from WakeMakers. Now I'm going to buy his factory sacs, I really hope they arent the 400's though.
