Lake is deep and pretty clear water. The are some cliffs over by the dam that block the wind and that was best place we found however it wasn't that good.

Best bet is early AM for sure. On a holiday weekend the lake gets pretty beat up. Most of the boat ramps have been closed for the last month because of high water too, so there are a lot of people who will want to be out this holiday weekend. It was pretty nice last wednesday.

It's deep and nice during the week, but we try to stay away on the weekends unless we go first thing.

On the other hand, most of us Texans are happy to have lakes full again!

That looks like fun with a great wave.
I searched but can't find your setup.
Can you share your setting for that wave?
Thanks.

Setup is same as most. 1100 in both Vdrive lockers, 370 tube sack under port side seats and a 750 IBS flow setting on 2. Port side full, starboard 75 to 80% ibs full. Speed normally 10.3 This particular day we slowed it down to 9.8 because the water was so rough. Slowing it down seemed to help. Sometimes I think it may be to heavy using the Flow. Ideally I believe the 900's in the vdrive locker may be better.

Why do you say this?

I believe you can overweight the flow. It does not seem to preform as well when it's to deep.

OK, thanks.
I have autoflow, so maybe it would not have that issue.
Regardless, your wake looks great.

Yup this is the issue I had with mine, if I ran my 1100s it was too deep and didn't like it as much, but in your case Shane to fix it just run a little less in the Offside and it will raise the flow up.

But ideally as long as you have a nice dark clean wave your doing fine. It will show up as too deep when the wave won't clean up for you. I think your running it well man.
