I love the look of the new towers moomba has out but the dealership near me says it wont fit on my 99 outback. So I guess looking for the next best thing any ideas? Also wondering if anyone knows if the dealership knows their stuff or if it will fit and i need to go somewhere else.

Check the posts about selling the board racks.. in there you will find the name, and website of the company that makes the towers for Moomba.. Maybe you can contact them and they can make you one in the same style that will fit your boat..

Ed, that is where the tower from my 02 outback came from. the orig owner had removed the factory one before the bank repo guys came visiting.

it was really a nice tower.
