14' Mobius Gravity III Ballast Stupid Question

Does anyone know where the center ballast bag is located in a 14' Mobius? It's not under the bow seats and that part of the floor doesn't lift up in the front. It has the switch for it and the LCD display shows a timer for one. Or am I just crazy?

It sits just in front of the gas tank and runs almost to the front bow cushion. You practically have to crawl in your starboard side cushion to see the fill lines when looking back to the driver's console. You should also be able to see it from the hatch at the front of the boat as well. I can't remember if this is a bag or hard tank ballast.
