Need start up help 98 moomba indmar 5.7 motor

So I replace the fuel/water seperator, I have the new oil and filter. Replace the battery. Hooked up the fake a lake. And it would not turn over? Any suggestions?

Do the easiest first. Check shifter to make sure in neutral. Check the battery or jumper it. Turn starter over at the terminals.

Man sad news! Starter is gone! Plus motor is froze! No lake this year! Very disappointed

Yeah it sucks. Wonder how much a rebuild is or a new one

Take the plugs out and put some penetrating oil in the cylinders. Let it sit for a day then take a wrench and put it on the crank and see if you can get it to turn.

Yeah its toast. we tried pulling the heads and turning it. No luck. The spark plugsd were rusted over and i could tell a ton of water got in the motor as well. looks it gonna be a rebuild!
