Surf setup for Mondo with 900 lb sumo sacs

Searched the forum a little for some Mondo surf advice but thought it would be better to start this new thread. Recently purchased 900 lb sumo sacs for the lockers and the 750 ibs. The boat is a 2014 Mondo and does not have flow surf. Just looking for a starting point on how much to fill each bag depending on what side we’re surfing and what speed most people are going. Seems most people are somewhere near the 10 - 10.5 mph range. Thanks.

Haha just giving you a hard time. Bow full, rear bag surf side full, off side 25%, use the plate to determine height. Speed somewhere around 11. That's where I would start.

I have the same rear bags and a 650 ibs with no flow. I normally run 9.5-9.8 goofy side and 10.5-10.8 on regular side. I only fill the rear bag on the surf side and all others full. Also move people around to put most of the weight on surf side.

9.5 seems slow.

boater, normally surf on mine at 11.6. will be interesting to see how the mondo does. river will affect. best advice to start front full, surfside full and around 10.6 and adjust from there. need to have a guinea pig on the water to gauge the push of the wave as you mess around with it.

I'm sure I'll need some help with the wave once you get back into town Sandm. I don't plan on surfing the Mondo too much but its nice to have the option. I'm trying to figure out at what point is it possible to have too much weight on the surf side and not enough on the other side. Guess I'll have to spend some time on the water to find out.

Surfed this last weekend in the Mondo on the Willamette.

Wake plate - neutral
Speed - 10.8
IBS - Full
Mid Hard Tank - Full
Surf Side - Sumo full
Goofy Side - Sumo 50% full
Manual flow - 2nd position
3 adults and 3 kids in the boat.
