Impeller pump cover bolt size? Also engine block drain plug size?

I'm just de'winterizing my boat and the plugs are MIA. I'm assuming the drain plug bolts are a 1/4 npt brass fitting?
Now what size are the Impeller cover brass bolts? I need to buy some within a couple hours to get this thing on the water!
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
