overheating

hi I have an 08 Moomba lsv 325 indmar and have been in a lake with a higher calcium level is there something to flush the engine with to prevent over heating. had it checked but they did not find anything wrong impeller is new thermostat is new intake screen is clean ??

At my lake I have to clean out the water intake screen we have some mud bottom and it clogs the the water flow it only takes 20 sec then good to go
