Boat Lift

I just bought an older Shorestation lift for my Outback. It does have two bunks that run the length of the lift, but I am not sure what else I need to make sure it is setup for an inboard. Can anyone help me out with exactly what I need?

Obvious - make sure your lift allows you to load the boat without interferring with the drive shaft, prop, or rudder.

Not so obvious - if you have a cabl running across the front of the cradle make sure it does not rub on the keel.
