I have a 2008 Moomba LSV and the last couple of times I have put it in the water this year for the first 10-15 min it seems like its running on half of its cylinder. No power, no top speed, sounds like its bogging down. Then 15 min later it runs fine all day? Any places to start, fuel, filter, etc?

Am assuming all fresh fluid? Fuel filter is a good cheap replacement regardless. Where are you boating? What's the water temp?

I am assuming the filter was replaced when I winterized the boat, I have always taken it in the river, temp are in the 60-70's

Check your timing, plugs, and distributor.

Not sure if your engine has an oil pressure safety sensor, but if it does it very well could be going bad.
