Ballast pump Randomly stops

first day out on the new 13 mobius lsv and everything worked great except when emptyiny center ballast pump randomly quit pumping but timer kept going showing bags were emptying, were going to put boat back on trailer noticed bags were not empty and cycled ballast pump again it runs for about 2 or 3 min then stops on it own turn pump off and back on and it does the same thing again any body else have this issue or not where to start and timers have plenty of time much longer then what the pump is pumping for before shutting off any help much appreciated

Sounds like your timer is not in sync with your ballast. You will have to keep cycling your pump until your ballast is empty and your gauge reads 0%. Once you do that, you should be fine
