First off, I did some searching and couldn't really find an answer. I noticed after a couple hours on the water my bilge had never kicked on, checked it, and had a good bit of water in the engine compartment (about to the top of the bilge pump). I tried kicking it on and it kept throwing the breaker. My buddy moved the wires to another switch (acc I think) and same thing happened. I turned the knob on the pump, I think its a manual switch?, and nothing. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Also, any suggestions on a good replacement? This weekend will be my last for a while to get on the lake and I'd like to fix it by then.

You probably need a new pump. They are cheap though - check Amazon. I'd test the 3 wires before ordering. Should have one continuous hot, one switched hot and one ground.

Someone told me that the float is probably just stuck, which is likely because I noticed a good bit of debris down there. Do I need to take it out and disassemble it to clean it? If that doesn't work I'm going to order a new one tomorrow.

If you turned the knob on the pump that is what manually moves the float and kicks on the pump. A stuck float wouldn't trip a breaker, but you could have something stuck in the pump that is preventing it from spinning.

I'm looking at the Attwood Sahara pumps, should I go with the 750gph or the 1100 gph?

Those are both good pumps. The 750 is plenty for your application as long as it COMES ON when it is supposed to.

Tried it yesterday, the light on the panel comes on, doesn't throw the breaker now, but still doesn't turn on. I guess I'll replace it and hope that fixes it or I'll be on dry land this weekend...

Judging by this video I would say the pump went bad. There was a little piece of wire caught in the turbine when I pulled it apart. What do yall think?

Wish I had seen that one. I ordered this one Monday http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001O0DEE4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It will be in today. I think I may have broken my clips off when I pulled the bilge while on the water, any advice on how to secure it?

Two screws and a little bit of marine sealant in the screw holes
