2014 Mojo2.5 Tach ???

I have a new 2014 Mojo 2.5 with about 35 hours. The needle tach and the tach in the digital info center do not match. At idle they are about 250 rpm off. Info center reading about 750 and the needle tach reading about 1100. The difference is great at higher rpms. Running about 18 mph the needle tack reads about 3800 rpm and the digital read out show about 2750 rpm.

I am guessing the digital tach is more accurate. The needle tach seems to high for the speed. Does that sound right and does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
