Motor/ Impeller questions

I want to change the impeller on my boat. How do I tell the exact model/ name of my motor? It's a 2005 Mobius LSV 5.7 Indmar carb'd. I'm assuming it's a 350 GM motor.. is this the right impeller:

I'm changing it because I know the boat wasn't winterized last year by previous owner. What else should I go ahead and change to be safe? Oil, v drive fluid, water pump??
