The stainless piece next to the Vent? Doesn't have one on port side so I was curious...thinking about taking it off and getting it powder coated.

Yup its the horn, and if your sub hits like mine it won't last long. My sub has damaged it, it sounds pathetic LOL

Has anyone seen black pop up cleats?

I have not but I'm sure you could powder coat them. Might have to remove the chrome coating.

Is there something that would look better in its place and place the horn inside the boat. They are rather useless and no one knows the horn signal sequence. My horn is muffled but it may pass inspection.
