2015 Mondo or 2014 Mojo 2.5

I am upgrading from a 2004 Mobius LSV. I hope to gain a better surf wake and a more comfortable ride. Luckly I have a lake house and don't put lots of people on the boat for the day so boat size/capacity is not an issue.

After talking to our local dealer that has some new 2014s it looks like I can either get the 2015 Mondo (auto surf) or the 2014 Mojo (manual surf) for the same price. All other things being equal what are the opinions on which boat to get.

Since you don't care about capacity,

The big difference is Auto Flow, Raptor Engine

I would have to lean towards the Mondo even though I am more then pleased with my Mojo and Manual Flow

I believe resale will be better with the Auto Flow & Raptor.

For the same money... I would go with the 15 Mondo. Yes, it is smaller but it has a brand new hull that isn't going to change for a few years at least. The 14 Mojo was just entirely re-designed this year so that will hurt that boat a little on re-sale. Also, auto flow and the new Raptor can't be understated as they are great options to have. I think you go Mondo, unless you REALLY need a bigger boat.

If the Mojo has the 345, I would go Mojo. JMHO. Good luck!
