They finally got me at the boat show this year. Ordered a 15' Mojo a couple months ago, just got it delivered March 15th. Already been modding to get it up to speed with previous boats i've had, audio wise. Just wanted to say hello, reach out if you see me on Lake Norman.

I think you can if you have tapatalk app. Most upload images to a image hoster and link it in the message.

Done! (After 10 or 15 posts you won't need approval for pics- just newbies to avoid spammers)

This guy is going to fit in great around here. Love the amp rack!

Put your location in your info so we know where to stalk you on the water. (Lake Norman is Charlotte, NC area, right?)

Congrats on the new boat. Looks great. I recognize that place. Southtown is where I bought mine last year.
Enjoy! Did they do the tinting there or did you have it done elsewhere?

WOW, I love the window tint and the naked look. I had the dealer take off all the logos around the boat but my wife wanted to keep the "Moomba" in the middle. I like your amp rack to, looks bad ass!

What type of reg numbers are you going to get? I would vote matching Green from Domednumbers.com

How much was your window tint? I've been getting quotes from $400-$600

What kind of stereo?

No, they wanted way to much for tint and said that NO ONE can tint it correctly while it's on the boat. Luckily I personally know that "No One", haha. Now they use him for all their jobs. Cost $250-$300.

BrettLee3232, I don't have my reg numbers released from wildlife yet. I always use domed numbers tho.
As far as the stereo goes, it's in my sig.

Thank God that's a dealers shop. For a second I thought that was your personal garage and I was feelin feel emasculated.

I've been using Tapatalk and it doesn't show signatures but then I figured it out haha. Stereo sounds like it's gonna be sick!

I was hoping to find "No One" for that price but turns out "Everyone" is over $400 haha

The whole section will go on the wall under the glovebox. The amps mount on each extending finger to give an overlapping step look. They each have leds on the backside to shine onto the amp behind it. The sub box is turning out nice too, backlit plexi under the helm with stainless interior. Should meet up seamless with the dash and surrounding trim, NO CARPET bullshit build!!! Whats nice is that the sq420 is being integrated into it along with the 4 zone rgb controller display.

Hello, I'm new to the Moomba family. Got a Mojo 2.5 in Feb. Starting to get it ready for the lake. Can anyone tell me if the prop and prop shaft is supposed to have a cotter pin on the end. I had the dealer take the prop off when I picked it up and there was no cotter pin given to me, however there is a hole at the end of the shaft. ??

YES. There should be a cotter pin on there.

That cotter pin could be the difference between $500+ and an embarrassing tow back to the dock. Get one on there!

Still need to finish the box face, hide the sub wiring, install the leds on the cabins and cub holders. I have a nice video, but I can't get it to upload for the life of me. Tried youtube, vimeo, and other sites. None of them like the mp4 from my iPhone.

Looking good man, those amps sure stick out far. Are you going to be able to store anything in there? Is the amp rack suede? Those subs are going to pound!

When they delivered my 2013 Mojo it had no cotter pin on the shaft. I had to add my own as well.

I do have a crown bolt on mine so in theory it shouldn't back its self off.

Build is taking shape. Really like the amp rack. What's your battery bank setup and where is it located?

Gettin' It
04-23-2015, 10:46 AM
I don't care about fitting a board in there, but other stuff should be fine.

My battery bank will probably be frowned on my most on here, but I like amp hours and lots of it. So I am running 4 Interstate SRM24's in a enclosure right beside the factory battery box. They are being charged using a Minn Kota MK-440D 4 bank charger. I had an almost identical stereo set-up in my Supra(minus LEDs) and was running only 2 SRM24's, it would fail about 4-5 hours into the day. I ended up buying a second pair of batteries that I would have to pull out each day to charge because my onboard charger was only a 2 bank.

Is the stock battery box now located under the middle seat cushion aft of the flip up observers seat then?

Update! System is done minus, hiding the wiring for the subs, cup holder and cabin speaker leds, a battery compartment cover with a plexi window, and a cover thats coming that will go above the amps to cover the wiring. Otherwise, she is a beauty and POUNDS!!!! BTW, to my liking to port cubby fits all the amps along with my Boomstick and my quad surfer!!!
