Stock 06' Outback ballast

How many pounds does the stock ballast bag hold that came with my 06' Outback? Will I notice a big difference by upgrading to a Pro-X Fat sac 750 LB bag?

Remember the key is not to just weight the back of the boat down. Yes a 750 pound under the rear seat will make a difference however you will get better results by weighting the boat evenly. I have added a 300 to the bow and 2 300s on either side of the motor and have the stock under the back seat. It throws an amazing wake.

Its all about displacement. the more the hull of the boat sits in the water the more water it dissplaces the bigger you can make the wake... then you can use your wake plate to help sculpt the wake the way you like it.
