I always put non ethanol gas in my boat. Time before last, the pump was running real slow, so I figured I got the bottom of the tank. Later that day the engine was running real rough, get up to speed, then lose RPM's. I got some Lucas fuel treatment, and a fresh tank, and hoped for the best. It is still running rough, kinda like its running on less than eight cylinders. Ok so, any ideas? Could it need a tune up? Could it be the impeller? (or whatever that things called).

The year of your boat will help.

Now if you know you got the bottom of the supply tank then you could have got water in the fuel. If you have burned through your current tank and still having issues then see below comments.

If you are on the current tank then Id say dump it all out and start fresh.

If your on a fresh tank and still having issues then change the fuel filter.

Other then that you shouldn't have to worry about anything else. You can pull the plugs and clean them as well if your worried the bad gas fouled out some plugs.

Fuel injection, either water in the tank still, or the filter is plugged. The filter is right before the engine. Just follow the tank lines out in the V drive.

Go ahead and change the fuel filter for good measure. It'll probably clear up
