Ballast pump impeller change tips needed...

I took the boat out yesterday and had issues with 2 pumps. After reading a few threads it looks that u should start with impeller changes. Will some of you guys with experience doing this please point me in the right direction?

ive hot 4 impellers on order myself, think having the boat sit for 6 months didn't help the cause. Took it out for a test run and all the bags only filled about halfway and the gauge said 100%. Not loking forward to swapping out 4 of them
