V-Drive Locker Braces Screw Up

So i added my braces to my v drive lockers and went to put them back in, well apparently the braces are too high and won't fit back in. So i'm going to have to redrill new holes. Any ideas on what I can do to fill in the old holes that i drilled?

I would imagine a lot of stuff would work. If you have some extra 3m 5200 laying around that would certainly do the trick. or some 2 part expoxy. or JB weld. Or marine Tex.
