Okay, post up the coldest and warmest water temps you've ridden in. For the cold stuff, what kind of gear were you in?

The coldest water I've been in so far behind the boat was 42 degrees. I was wearing a drysuit with fleece pants and top under it. I had gloves and a mountain hardware stocking hat on. I had these fleece/neoprene socks that were like 1mil. they didn't cut it. after that trip, I got booties and a neoprene cap.

Warmest water was on the Trinity in Texas with 83 degree water temps.

Although it might have been warmer water when I wakeboarded in the Ocean behind a Prostar 190 in Jamaica back in 2001. No idea on that one as I never even got IN the boat. Just did a shore start and finish. Really cool experience.

I've trunked it in 58, 60 and 62. I don't go colder than that. I have a shorty but have never worn it. Warmest was probably in the 80's in Tampa in August.

Coldest I trunked it was 58 my local Hagg Lake

Coldest I have been in was 46 Wetsuit, no hood, no booties, no gloves. Past January at Dexter with Jester.

Hottest was Trinity in Aug 96 degree water.

Coldest was 51, with a 3/2 wetsuit (no boots or gloves). Also rode last Spring in 57 degrees to start the season without a suit..that was pretty cold. Warmest was 86 IIRC, shallower lake in August. It's strange riding when the water is warmer than the Summer air!

We regularly hit low 90s in a hot summer. Thinking 94 is highest I have seen on my temp gauge.

Coldest was last year at 44 degrees. Had to try out my new drysuit and was impressed on how much better it keep me warm compared to wetsuit. Plus I had booties and gloves, thought about buying a head one too!

Well, for goodness sake, post up a graphic with a thermometer showing the hi and low to give a proper visual.

With the right gear, you're just as comfortable wakesurfing as you are snowboarding. It's not a big deal if you have the right equipment and aren't too proud to use it.

First year I had my 02 we put in April 1st in WI the air was 70 and the water was low 40's. I had no intention of boarding but the adrenaline got the best of me and I trunked it for about ten minutes. Once was enough.

During a typical summer which we haven't had in a couple years we will easily see water temps in the mid 80's

Coldest was 42 water with air temp at 40. I was two degrees over my 80 degree rule. Warmest was water temp at 78 with air in the 100's. You really find out who your friends are or are as crazy as you when you go, lets hit the water and they ask how much beer to bring to stay warm.

I'll have to watch for warmest this summer. I'm certainly not getting near the coldest. I'd rather sit in the boat than freeze! Call me what you want :D
