In looking at the new 2015 models across the range, the new SeaDek interior flooring (I'm not sure if it's actually SeaDek but it looks something like it...) looks like it would be a pretty sweet upgrade. I don't know about you guys, but my carpeting gets nasty and washing & drying it is a pain. In eyeballing the pics I can find online, it looks like these may retrofit directly into our '14 models.

Does any know if you can replace our exsting carpets with a simple replacement with no mods required? It even looks like it snaps in roughly where my current carpet snaps in. Is that just wishful thinking, or is this possible ?

Somewhat wishful thinking. Each boat is unique in the placement of the snaps in the floor. So, it may end up close, but may not. You may be able to get the flooring without the snaps installed and you can then install the snaps exactly where they need to be.

or go the option of pvc weaved flooring (dekadence or miners moss)
no snaps needed, soft on feet, debri flows right through it
