For those of you that are already lucky enough to OWN an Outback V and even more fortunate to have it on the water....I am wondering how high up off the water to mount my bumper rails on my dock.
I will not be able to get the boat in until after memorial weekend and would like to start outfitting my dock properly beforehand.
So basically I'm wondering what the height of the bumper rails of the boat are?
If anyone could drop a measuring tape off the side of their boat I will be greatly appreciative.
Thanks

PM me an e-mail and I'll send you a picture. The answer is not that easy as the rear is lower than the front at teh dock. I have a pix docked but not time to go to shutterfly and then link.

You can find a few LSV pictures on wakesiderides.com. That should give you a pretty good idea. About 12'' from the rail to bottom of swim platform. 18-20'' from rail to water under tower front foot.

Nowhere near 24" per the PM. Back less than a foot, front maybe at a foot above water line. Even if you are on the rail, the roll of the boat in waves can bring the lower part fo the boat incontact with the dock.
