Picking up my Mondo soon and want to get some advice for my cans.

Getting 8" cans on the tower with Kicker KM's. I want to know what everyone thinks on "Brittany Blue" speaker grills with black cans? Or Brittany Blue cans with black or white grills?

Whatever color the grills on tower will be the grills in the cabin will either be blue or white as well.

I think black cans that match the tower and then dress up with blue or white grills. Like the idea of matching blue in the cabin ones. Let's see the pics.

Might want to check out Ian's threads for ideas. Here's the one from his 2014 Exile install and green cans that look incredible:

To my eye, I have always liked a pod color that matches the dominant hull color and contrasts with the tower.
If the pods are aluminum then I would go with a powdercoat rather than a paint, and paint if the pods are plastic.
There is a powder that matches the Brittany Blue. Adding a clear coat really makes the pods pop.

So now you are saying you have an "eye" to go along with that "ear".

My vote would be black cans and blue grills.

Sorry, I don't get that joke. Whew. And I'm relieved. But please don't explain it to me. I'd rather it remains private between you two.

I'm leaning more towards powder coated cans with white grills. Then I'll do white grills in the boat. If I don't like the white contrast I'll prob spray them black.

or switch to the charcoal grills that come with them, since they come with both

Ya just not sure it will look good with my colors. I already don't like the charcoal in the cabins.

Hull colored tower speaker cans should be a factory option! :)

Considered a white tower? Would look great with your gel.
