View Full Version : Active buyer looking for 2002-2005 outback ls

I am actively seeking to purchase a Moomba Outback LS, ideally a 2004, but open to looking at 2002-2005. The LS seems to be the best all-around boat for recreational use and from what I've read will provide my family a ton of fun for years to come.

Features are less important to me than the quality/condition of the boat and a solid maintenance and storage history.

If anyone can point me to one or a few, maybe recently acquired on trade from a recent boat show, please respond.

Thank you,
Jeff

Might want to add your location to your profile. People might think you are from Kansas or something.

Denney Marine in Albany Ky has one. Red and white. Here's their number if you are interested. Ask for Chad or Leon 606-387-6747

I agree with parrothd -- definitely go V drive. An Outback V won't be that much more and will provide even more all around capability than an LS.

Just saw this pop up today on CL. Not mine. I hate the wrap (as most wraps are WAY too over the top), but this seems like a boat that might fit what you're looking for.

All them speakers would sure rock!

Very cool looking wrap. (I usually don't like these either). And you gotta love the Exile 6 pack on the tower. You can rock this boat!

That's a pretty good price on that LS too!
If you can live with a slightly smaller Outback I've got a nice red/white one for sale :)

Hi Viking - Yes I just saw your listing earlier today - your boat is definitely SUPER nice, and while I would love it, unfortunately I think slightly above my price range as you've loaded it up with some real nice features. On top of that its gonna cost me $2K to ship it cross-country.

I'm trying to stay closer to $15K for a more basic, but well-maintained boat with low hours.

Thanks again!
