need help posting picture

Having trouble posting a picture. I have the file size correct, but when I hit "submit", it gives me the message... CHMOD your Open BB's 'tmp' directory to 777

can anyone tell me what that is?

I get the same message. I wish they would let us upload pictures to the site. We used to be able to post pictures on the board. I find it really hard to show pics of the boat and other things here. Skiers choice needs to fix this. It is why I post a lot of my other content on other sites. It would be really beneficial here, but you can't put anything on this site.
