Hey everyone.
I am totally new to the world of wake surfing. Locally, there is an Alias 5.0 for sale and I am wondering if this is a good board to look at.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

I had one once - I really liked it - I was about 175lbs at the time and I surfed it behind a 2003 Outback
That board was originally designed by Russ Wilde - one of the Skiers Choice's traveling coaches and team riders.
Russ donated one to the Tampa Jamboree and I believe one of the current forum members won it.
If I recall, it would fit easily into the stock wakeboard rack.
How much are they asking for it? it really wasn't all that expensive when it 1st hit the market

I learned on that as well from Russ nice board if I remember it retailed for about 199
On par with the HL broadcast and cwb ride. I thought it was slightly faster down the line

Ed.
On sale privately for 150. Used only a couple of times this year. Don't want to break the bank on a board for my first one. I'm 6'1" and about 220. Do you think the board is fit for my size?

I do think the board will work fine for you.
I'd work on that price though. I think $150 is to much.
I'd pay $100
