I would think that the Tx dealers are $5000 over priced

Not so my FL friend! We are giving boats away in TX. Probably the cheapest state to purchase in....

"cheapest state to purchase in"

Really? Never knew that.

It is a good looking ad. Is Erny back with SC?

What is the logo in the upper left corner?

Hey, it's October. You can call anything scary this month.

Just like you can take any quality thing and ruin it by making it "Pumpkin . . ."

There are obviously two camps on the pumpkin topic. Those of us who are normal and recognize a pumpkin for what it is -- a decoration that quickly rots as its true nature begins to show -- and those of you who I will politely term "pumpkineaters" -- those who believe there is actually some value to putting this rotten stuff in otherwise edible food and drink.

Could not agree more. I live in KC and purchase my boats in TX. My last purchase was 4 years ago and easily saved myself $5-$6 K. I'm in the market again and that's where I'm looking.

I just spent 4 hours at a huge barn fire that had a ton of pumpkins in it. I continue to dislike anything Pumpkin other than pie

Pumpkin other than pie

so you are, in essence, a lover of pumpkin :)

I find them, as Kane does, repulsive in every way and do not get the value of spending $20 to put them on my front porch only to watch them rot, or find them in the street in many pieces in the morning from the bands of junior high kids that have not discovered women yet to otherwise entertain themselves.

I think you mean Bonfire? I hope a barn wasn't on fire and you were standing idly bye thinking about pumpkins.

And wtf are pumpkins so expensive? How I. The hell do these farmers and other stores think something like that is worth $5, $10, $20, even $35!!!!!

Too many damn brewers putting them in beer......jacking the prices up on the jacked o lanterns. That and we pay it at the grocery store because our wives like to have them on the front porch.

I like some pumpkin pie, but you can keep it out of my beer.
