cousin bought an a22 this spring. they like the wakeboard wake as it's real clean at 18-20mph for their young kids. they did get surfgate and I know they have commented that other boats have surfed better but they are not that into surfing, more slalom and wakeboard so that was not important to them.

I know he is happy with the purchase.

Thanks. the 1 I am looking at has 4K in ballast so thinking that would put out a pretty decent wake. Just not sure I wanna drop 45k when the season is ending here in IL.

so, you want an Axis with 4k in ballast?

if it's a few years old, keep in mind it's a quasi one trick pony. wakeboard well, wakesurf not so much. they changed the hull design/platform and added surfgate to get into that market.

not sure if that's what you are looking for but shop closely. the mojo will offer a more rounded experience in a boat, again imo...

On the small private lake we r on I have taken a few rollers over the DD. The DD will stay in that lake but if we purchase this will be for a few larger lakes within an hr from r home. I would say more into boarding now but I would like to try surfing next yr. Not sure I can score a mojo for the same
Price or can u? Also I like the pickle
Fork look so def wanting that. My wife will prob put the Kabbash on this all anyways lol.

Could that be an example of not enough foam sprayed on the inside of the hull?

If I have read right in the past Axis does not use any foam. Cannot confirm have not researched or seen a cut away to prove otherwise.

Correct in that the Axis line does not have any foam
