Hey guys!
For any of you contemplating replacing the steering cable I am here to tell you -do it yourself. There is also a decent thread on here with pics that helped...
Here are a few pictures I took ...
Handful of screws and the floor popped right up. Now I can really give the boat a cleaning!

Un- bolted in back:

Un- bolt from the steering column and the cable pulls right out:

Before I put the floor back in I am going to replace the carpet..
