Trans oil in bilge , Trans making whine noise when in gear...

As the title states I had a Trans whine I guess, noise when I engaged the tranny. Also found what I would consider more than Normal amount of Trans oil in bilge area. Any suggestions ? Oh, I have damaged a couple props this year, one on debris and ano on trailer... Thanks in advance
