Perfectpass parts

Why is perfectpass the only place that carries their parts? Why doesn't skidim or bask line carry the parts? I hate that you have to call perfectpass to order parts. I need a new throttle cable w/ knob. My knob is slipping on the servo motor so it won't auto tighten.

The knob has a set scew. That happened to mine a few weeks back.

Very interesting. Is there a symptom wherein the perfectpass will hunt a lot, above the targetted speed, if you try to engage it? Mine has been doing this lately. I thought that it was from moisture in the system, but now it's happening even when I do not neglect to get the cover on before rain.

Are you saying it hunts up and down.

If so try adjusting the kva in the settings.

It's probably the servo motor, take it apart and clean it, use some dielectric grease. Will be good as new.. I did this with mine several times, I ended up having to move the servo, it kept getting wet from surfing..
