My question is does a tower come factory on the base model outback at No Charge. I saw a option for a Rad-a Cage but are the two different ? Dumb question i know, but everything ive read and saw doesnt specify. Thanks, JR

On the base model outback the tower is an option. The Rad A Cage is what Skiers Choice named it.
