2007 Outback V Gravity 1 Auto filling Problem

I have a 2007 Outback V and the stock ballast is filling automatically when boat is moving without the switch being turned on. I added 2 thru hull pumps last year while adding 2 350lb sacks in year lockers but left the G1 in place and did not modify. Does anyone have any suggestions on what problem is and how to fix? Thx

valve is stuck open, try and clean out the sprinkler valve, there is a how clean those on the forum somewhere.
