Ladders?

Quick question guys, what do you all use to board your boat? My parents are older and may have a hard to climbing onto the platform like I do when in the water. They dont go out often but would like the option to make it enjoable for them, my boat is a 2008 XLV.

I have one of these for this exact situation. Haven't actually had to use it yet, so I can't speak to how effective it might work, but I've set it up so that it hooks on to the rear tow point above the swim platform and then hangs over the swim platform and into the water.
