2006 LSV: How to change the engine oil

It has been a while since I have been here, but I remember a few years back, somebody posted very detailed instructions on how to change the engine oil in a LSV.

Does anybody know where I can find this thread?

Just type it into search and you will be amazed:)

Maybe im an idiot but if you type oil and lsv in the search bar it omits the words because its less than three letters. So its not too easy to find.
