Upgrade bow docking lights

Has anybody upgraded their bow docking lights with either a different brighter bulb or entirely different assembly to make them brighter? The current factory setup is kind of useless.

Being them being pretty much useless to me also, I just switched them out to blue to match every other light in my boat, took a total of 5 minutes maybe, they are however a little brighter than the old stock ones, not sure what kind or where I got them, it was last winter.
