If you are looking for a combo wakeboard / surf rack, I picked up a couple of these and they have worked out pretty well so far...

We would like to surf more after we are exhausted from wakeboarding but currently have no where to store the board on the boat.

Monster?

David ... I got out behind a LSV this weekend and thought the wake was pretty solid. You need to add rear bags! I posted a pic of it in the July pic thread.

Is the surf portion of the Monster rack bigger than the stock rack that came with your '13? My previous surfboards all fit in the stock rack with my '13, but my new surf-style board doesn't fit. Where on your Oz tower do you have it attached?

Yeah, Daze, I'd like to see a picture.

It might say in that thread somewhere, but where did you get them? Is monster still doing them in black?

So that looks to be in the factory location. I'm hoping to add some in addition to factory and not sure if the best place to not interfere with the Bimini. Can a board be strapped on top of the factory Bimini like I've seen on a Z5?

I have a spare rack I used on my LSV. It holds 2 surf boards.
I can get you pictures of you like.

I want to say its this exact one.

Surf wake was solid or wakeboard wake was solid?

And thanks for all the suggestions but we decided to get accessories for the new go pro instead!

What I do with the oz tower is lay the surfer lengthwise on top the tower one on each side and drop the bimini top in the boot on top and strap her down. It works good up to about 40mph. I place some foam pipe insulation on the tower to protect it. It also works as a bimini itself. Be careful with longer boards so that the rope does not catch it when the rider cuts out. I will try to post pictures next time I am on the boat.

I'm interested to see this. I'm really trying to figure out a way to utilize the space on or above the Bimini without dropping $300 for a new rack.

I'll have to double check what we were running. I went out with a buddy who had an lsv and he had a consistent setup. I'll double check with him but what he said was 900 in the rears, belly full with a 225 piggy backed on it

In case you're still thinking about racks, the least expensive I found was the Krypt. They are going for $130 right now, but I've seen them drop to a bit less when it's not peak season. I got mine for $120.

While the wakeboard/surfboard rack posted at the beginning of this thread is cool, I've found that with 4 wakeboard spots already, I was really only wanting more surf capacity in my racks, so getting the double surf rack made sense.

David, don't you have a cargo bimini? Why wouldn't you just put surfboards there?

Anyone know what clamp size is required to fit the Rad-A-Cage tower on my '06 Mobius LSV? Need to know before I place the order and my boat is in getting an oil change.

1 and 5/8 is the size that was on the New Dimensions Towers that were on the older boats like mine...

Yea, they went to the beefier one on the LSV with the hull redesign in 2006. 2 3/8" would be same as my 2008.
