so i somehow melted off a terminal on my crank battery( i think the battery was bad ), luckily i had 2 other batteries, so when we were out in the cove i moved the wires from the crank batt to my acc. batteries. i got a few good cranks out of it before my batteries couldn't turn it over. i had noticed as well when i went to turn the key to on i didn't hear the fuel pump wine when it pushes fuel to the injectors, as well as see fuel spray into the intake. then i also noticed that none of my little switch lights came on when i went to turn on a switch. only thing i did see work was the bilge pump when i got some water in the bilge. so im wondering if theres a breaker or fuse that im over looking? i checked the one by the batteries under the observers area and it was popped but even after i reset it, it still wouldn't turn anything on.

A melted battery terminal usually indicates a poor connection or too many terminals stacked on the battery. I would start by addressing and correcting this, put the battery banks back in their previous state, then diagnose any remaining issues.

Right now, i think you are trying to fix the bleeding from a compound fracture so to speak.

if no one knows or cares to throw out an idea then i guess im by myself to try and fix this..i only really know of two breakers in the boat..the one by the batterys and the one small 50amp red button looking one on the back of the motor..both look good so im lost right now..since both my volt meters are shot im waiting on one from a friend..hopefully its not the pump..

My vote is still the pump buddy.
Only way to test it is to know you have power going to it. If you do, bad pump. If you don't then check your kill switch and ignition switch. Its all about chasing the voltage from the pump back to the source for your problem.

If there's a kill switch it's new to me. Also I hear ya..and that's what a few of us think but I wanna make sure before I drop 300$ on a new pump. It sucks my volt meters dead. Hopefully soon I can check .maybe I can try that jump as well

Spend $6 before $300

i got it down to either one of the 3 relays on the back or the oil press. switch..i can run a jump wire to the pump and it will prime..just looks like no fuel system power...we checked with a buddys volt meter

So I picked up that new relay and swapped them out one at a time and still nothing. So I ordered the part from bakes, they called me last night to say they won't have any till Monday. So Monday it will ship and hopefully Friday she will be running ( fingers crossed )

deff. need help now..i did the OPS and still nothing..i have to be missing a breaker or fuse somewhere..can someone please point me in a good direction? like i said before everything works in the boat beside the fuel..i can run a straight line from my ignition to the fuel pump and it primes the system and when u go to crank its not putting power to the injectors..last thing i could think of would be the ECU..but i dont have 900$ for one..i need ideas people. theres a 50 amp breaker on the back side that looks good, it isnt popped out, ill have to grab a volt meter again and check it(what should that read at) theres also the 3 relays on the back and one connector with 3 15 amp fuses that all look good. the main breaker by the batteries that flip down when popped and thats good, theres a bar under the helm that a few wires are connected to and none of them look to have breakers or fuses on them...
