I hunted high and low on here for the thread from whence came the help.
As I couldn't find it, I'll post a thank you and repeat the tip.
I needed to fish my depth finder cable from the bilge up to the dash on a 2006 Outback.
One of the tips was to disconnect the bilge pump hose, tie a string to it, and pull it back through. Using that tip, got the wire run in about 5 minutes. And yes, I did make sure I reattached the bilge hose. *grin*
