Hit up Dusty - his setup looked great and sounded pretty simple.

Dusty's version 1 in action. I think there have been revised versions since his tower went all white.

I drilled a hole through the flagpole in two spots and zip tied it to the tower above the board racks and the other to the bottom. Held tight going 55 down the highway lol I'll see if I can get a pic.

How does the one on diywake secure the flag pole? Does it have set screws to lock it down? What is the id of the flag like holder?

The holder is about 6 to 7 inches deep. Holds a 1 inch flag pole. I used wooden all round. They will not come out at boating speeds.

I like this idea a lot! Not as pretty as a billet aluminum holder but it's FREE!

Electrical conduit is what my poles are. My mounts are home built using blank diywake.com clamps with aluminum tubing bored out the size of the flag pole.

My first version was 2 hose clamps around the tower, I would just loosen them up to slide the poles in and then tighten them down.

I came up with a 30$ mount.. 4ft fiberglass cb antenna mounted to a aluminum mount cb antenna mount .. Drilled two holes in Antenna and mounted flag to it with key rings.. Works great and white pole and aluminum mount match great

I use pvc and slide it over the back middle wake board rack post. Then a board goes above and below it w USA flag on each side.
