to me it doesn't look like it was ran aground. like said, i think the tide shifted and got caught. there was another pic from the next day of it sitting there with the grill siting on the beach.

as mentioned, betting it's a reservoir and they dropped the water level for an increase in power demand(high voltage lines in one pic). it'll come back up this early in the year. wondering if they were camping.

You know the next problem he might have if he isn't paying attention.....the water level comes back up and the boat floats to who knows where??? Try explaining that one to the insurance agent..... :)
