Starboard pumps on working on Berta Gravity

We took out 2003 LSV out for a shake down cruise, and got a bit shaken down :) One thing I have not been able to trac down yet is the starboard side pumps do not seem to work. To be specific, the outflow pump does not turn on (although I seem to get some amps on the wire) and the intake does not turn on. But, it seems to fire an actuator that opens a pipe since I have one intake pump which services both bags. so, hitting empty fires the actuator, but not the pump. I see light on the switch when i select either intake out outtake.

Does anyone have experience with this? Should I be looking at the swich, a wire, or something else?
